DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AN E-LEARNING COURSE FOR CITIZENS ON HUMAN RIGHTS DEFENDERS IN ENVIRONMENTAL MATTERS WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE ESCARZÚ AGREEMENT

This tender seeks proposals for the design and implementation of an e-learning course aimed at the general citizenry.
