The bidders must be registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and must be on Active Taxpayer List. 2. e-bidding documents as per Disposal of Public Assets Regulations-2024, containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements etc. are available for the registered bidders on EPADS v2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/, and may be searched by using Disposal Activity ID No. D10445. 3. Manual bids shall not be accepted. The bidders shall participate on-line in e-Auction through their EPADS v2.0 accounts. The e-Auction shall remain open till Tuesday, October 20, 2026 11:00 AM, and will be reviewed and evaluated on-line on the same day at Tuesday, October 20, 2026 11:30 AM. The bidders shall have the opportunity to increase their offers multiple times till the closing time taht is Tuesday, October 20, 2026 11:00 AM, after which the bidder with the highest offeror will be automatically selected by EPADS v2.0 as the winner..
