De contractvorm betreft een RAW-raamovereenkomst. De opdrachten die verstrekt worden op basis van de RAW-raamovereenkomst betreffen diensten. Het uit te voeren werk is gelegen in het beheersgebied van waterschap Aa en Maas, district Hertogswetering (perceel 1). Het werk bestaat in hoofdzaak uit: Watergangen en waterkeringen a. Het maaien van watergangen; b. Het maaien van werkpaden en waterkeringen; c. Het verzamelen, opladen en afvoeren van vrijgekomen maaisel; d. Het baggeren van watergangen; e. Herprofileren en opknappen van werkpaden en taluds; f. Het aanbrengen van beschoeiingen; g. Het verrichten van bijkomende werkzaamheden. Natuurlijke ingerichte gebieden a. Het maaien van natuurlijk ingerichte gebieden; b. Het maaien van bloemrijk grasland/onderhoudspad; c. Het bijmaaien rondom obstakels zoals afrasteringen en poorten/hekken; d. Het maaien van oever- en watervegetatie natuurlijke oevers; e. Het maaien van ruigtestroken; f. Het maaien van oever- en watervegetatie poel-wiel-vijver, nevengeul, inham en paaibaai; g. Het maaien van rietkraag; h. Het verzamelen, opladen en afvoeren van vrijgekomen maaisel; i. Het snoeien en dunnen van houtachtige beplanting; j. Het verrichten van bijkomende werkzaamheden.
