Naručitelj, Gradski parking d.o.o., u okviru obavljanja komunalne djelatnosti javnog prijevoza raspolaže s ukupno 12 autobusa namijenjenih javnom gradskom prijevozu putnika na administrativnom području grada Šibenika. Također, Naručitelj upravlja s 2 plovila kojima obavlja prijevoz putnika na relaciji Krapanj – Brodarica. Naručitelj zahtijeva da ponuditelj osigura kartični sustav za bezgotovinsko preuzimanje goriva na svojim benzinskim postajama. Ponuditelj je dužan Naručitelju izdati odgovarajuće kartice za točenje goriva koje omogućuju identifikaciju korisnika i evidenciju potrošnje. Kartice moraju omogućiti kontrolu i praćenje potrošnje po vozilu i/ili korisniku te izdavanje odgovarajućih izvještaja. Trošak izdavanja i korištenja kartica mora biti uključen u cijenu ponude. Predmet nabave odnosi se na, sukladno potrebama redovitog i nesmetanog obavljanja djelatnosti Naručitelja. Okvirni sporazum sklapa se na razdoblje od 2 (dvije) godine, sa sklapanjem 2 godišnja ugovora. Predmet nabave nije podijeljen na grupe te se podnosi jedinstvena ponuda za cjelokupni predmet nabave.
