DN15-20 new single-jet dry-running hot water meters

The successful bidder's task is to supply new, single-jet, dry-running hot water meters with a diameter of DN15-20, as specified in the technical description, draft contract, and public procurement documents, in the following planned quantities: - DN50 New connection water meter: approx. 21 pcs; - DN65 New connection water meter: approx. 1 pc; - DN80 New connection water meter: approx. 31 pcs; - DN100 New connection water meter: approx. 6 pcs; - DN150 New connection water meter: approx. 3 pcs; - DN200 New connection water meter: approx. 1 pc - DN250 New connection water meter: approx. 4 pcs; - DN300 New connection water meter: approx. 1 pc. The Buyer does not undertake a call-off obligation for the estimated quantity. The Contracting Authority draws bidders' attention to the fact that delivery requirements and quantities – including the proportion and quantity of individual products within the bid – will vary depending on current operational needs. The quantities specified for individual products have been determined based on previous usage experience, so-called empirical, estimated quantities. The empirical/estimated quantities have been provided for the reasoned evaluation of bids, for determining the total net bid price; the quantities to be delivered under the contract may differ from these empirical, estimated data to any extent. The bidder must submit its bid with knowledge of the foregoing. The framework agreement to be concluded will fix the winning bid unit prices, based on which individual orders will be placed and settled under the framework agreement to be concluded. Framework amount: net HUF 30,633,800. The value of a given individual order may not exceed 25% of the framework amount. The Contracting Authority undertakes to issue individual orders amounting to at least 70% of the net framework amount, provided that the framework agreement is not terminated with immediate effect prior to this. The revenue loss resulting from the non- or partial call-off of the remaining part of the framework amount is at the risk of the successful bidder, for which the successful bidder is not entitled to claim any damages, compensation, or other claims against the Contracting Authority. The expected technical parameters of the water meters are included in the technical description. The meters may be subject to inspection upon receipt, which will be carried out by the Contracting Authority in its own water meter calibration laboratory. The inspection process and further handling of faulty meters are detailed in the technical description. At the time of delivery, all parts of the water meter must be new and unused. At the time of delivery, the water meter must have a valid EU calibration stamp. The year of the calibration stamp must not precede the year of delivery. The Contracting Authority declares that the water meters will not be installed earlier than the year indicated by the stamp. As part of the bid, a PROFESSIONAL OFFER must be submitted, in which the make and type of the offered products in the professional offer (in the excel format document titled “PROFESSIONAL OFFER”) constitute the professional offer according to § 3, point 37 of the Public Procurement Act (Kbt.), therefore, if the manufacturer and/or type is not indicated for any product, these will be considered non-correctable deficiencies and will lead to the invalidity of the bid. The “Professional Offer” must include specific data for each offered product, including the manufacturer and name, or type, of the offered products, which allows the product to be identified. The professional offer can be supplemented to a limited extent, according to § 71 (8) b) of the Kbt.! Details are provided in the Technical Description and the Draft Contract.
