The subject of the order is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system and the awarding of individual orders within the announced DNS for the subject of the order titled: "DNS - Forestry activities in the tending process at Forest Management Horehronie, Forest Management Poľana, Forest Management Gemer". The subject of the orders awarded within the dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as "DNS") will be the clearing of areas from logging residues, soil preparation for forest regeneration, forest regeneration by planting or sowing, subsequent care of young forest stands by protecting them against weeds, game, and their tending by thinning and removing undesirable tree species from the stand to improve their quality and stability. These basic care activities are supplemented by forest protection work, focused on prevention and direct defense against harmful agents, work on removing invasive herbs and tree species, other silvicultural work, work on preserving and reproducing the gene pool of forest tree species, and work on maintaining the forest transport network for the needs of silvicultural activities. This is professional activity aimed at sustainable forest management in a manner and scope that preserves their biodiversity, resilience, productive and regenerative capacity, longevity, and ability to fulfill the productive, social, and ecological functions of forests. It involves differentiated forest management that takes into account the diverse natural, stand, economic, economic, and social conditions and requirements applied during the preparation and implementation of the forest care program and procedures according to special regulations for removing the consequences of extraordinary circumstances and unforeseen damage to forests.
