Předmětem zadávacího řízení je provoz dynamického nákupního systému (dále jen „DNS“) pro zadávání veřejných zakázek na dodávky pneumatik a duší pro potřeby zadavatele Vojenské lesy a statky ČR, s.p. DNS je členěn do 3 kategorií. Zadávací řízení na tuto nadlimitní veřejnou zakázku je realizováno formou užšího řízení dle § 58 a dále § 138 zákona č. 134/2016 Sb., o zadávání veřejných zakázek, v platném znění (dále jen „Zákon“). V souladu s § 140 Zákona zařadí Zadavatel do DNS dodavatele, který předloží žádost o účast v souladu s požadavky Zákona a Zadavatele a splní tak podmínky pro zařazení do DNS. Po zavedení DNS bude Zadavatel zadávat veřejné zakázky v DNS dle ustanovení § 141 Zákona. DNS bude zaveden na dobu určitou do 30.6.2027. Dodavatel má právo podat svou žádost o účast kdykoliv po celou dobu trvání DNS. Společně s žádostí o účast předkládá dodavatel doklady k prokázání splnění kvalifikace. Součástí plnění je též zpětný odběr a ekologická likvidace použitých pneumatik a duší.
