Original language: skPredmetom čiastkových zákaziek zadávaných v zriadenom dynamickom nákupnom systéme (ďalej len „DNS“) bude nákup a dodávka potravín, nápojov a príbuzných produktov, ktoré sú bežne dostupné na trhu, v súlade s príslušnými legislatívnymi a hygienickými predpismi platnými na území Slovenskej republiky, najmä so zákonom č. 152/1995 Z. z. o potravinách v znení neskorších predpisov ako aj Potravinovým kódexom Slovenskej republiky. Predmet zákazky zahŕňa dodanie tovarov a súvisiace služby, vrátane služieb súvisiacich s dopravou na miesto dodania prepravnými prostriedkami dodávateľa a vyložením tovaru do skladu na miesto určenia. Podrobné vymedzenie a špecifikácia konkrétnych požadovaných položiek predmetu čiastkovej zákazky, zadávanej v rámci zriadeného DNS, budú uvedené v jednotlivých výzvach na predkladanie ponúk.
