The Office of Employee Benefits is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide the administration of medical benefits and/or pharmacy benefits for the State of Rhode Island’s (“State”) approximately 13,400 enrolled employees and non-Medicare retirees (or approximately 29,600 total covered members - employees and dependents). Vendors submitting a response for both the medical and pharmacy plans must submit separate and distinct proposals within the Ocean State Procures system. The proposal (i.e. Medical Plan or Pharmacy Plan) must be clearly indicated on the response within the system as well as all proposal documents submitted therein.
