Original language: slPredmet javnega naročanja je dobava električne energije iz obnovljivih virov energije in/ali soproizvodnje električne energije z visokim izkoristkom za dve (2) leti (od 1.1. 2027 do 31.12.2028). Pri oddaji javnega naročila se upoštevajo cilji iz Uredbe o zelenem javnem naročanju (Uradni list RS, št. 51/17, 64/19, 121/21, 132/23 in 43/25) pri predmetu tega javnega naročila, to je električna energija, kot jih opredeljuje veljavna Uredba o zelenem javnem naročanju. Skladno s prvo točko drugega odstavka 6. člena Uredbe o zelenem javnem naročanju (Uradni list RS, št. 51/17, 64/19, 121/21, 132/23 in 43/25) morajo ponudniki ponuditi najmanj 55 % delež električne energije, pridobljene iz obnovljivih virov energije (OVE) oziroma soproizvodnje električne energije z visokim izkoristkom (SPTE).
