Document Management System

Delft Support is seeking to establish an agreement for the provision, or delivery, of a Document Management System (DMS) as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. The agreement will also encompass all necessary activities to make and keep the system operational. The preliminary scope of the assignment includes providing, configuring, and hosting the SaaS solution, including all updates and upgrades. Comprehensive support and advice will be offered to Delft Support during the implementation phase and throughout the contract period for the further configuration of the solution. The project involves mapping document flows, identifying document types, and iteratively developing an optimal DMS configuration. Full support will be provided for migrating existing documents to the new DMS and for integrating the solution with Delft Support's existing applications. Training and education for Delft Support employees are also included. An optional service for functional management is also part of the tender. This initiative aims to modernize document handling, improve efficiency, and ensure better data management and accessibility for Delft Support.
