Nákup 1 ks motocyklu pro dopravní policii (cestovní enduro střední třídy min. 60kW) – viz příloha č. 1 Technická specifikace. Zboží prodávané na českém trhu podléhá před uvedením na trh schválení, o čemž se vydávají příslušné doklady a dokumenty. Krajské ředitelství policie hl. m. Prahy vyžaduje jistotu, že nakupované zboží bylo schváleno pro český trh. Nakupované zboží bude provozováno na pozemních komunikacích ČR, kde je podmínkou provozu splnění v zadávací dokumentaci vyjmenované legislativy. Z tohoto důvodu jsou vyžadovány doklady „Osvědčení o schválení technické způsobilosti typu motocyklu“, „Základní technický popis schváleného typu motocyklu“, a v případě změny schváleného typu motocyklu „Rozhodnutí o změně schválení technické způsobilosti typu motocyklu“ s příslušným „Základním technickým popisem schváleného typu motocyklu“.
