Naročilo se oddaja po odprtem postopku s sklenitvijo okvirnega sporazuma z več gospodarskimi subjekti za obdobje do 31.12.2026 oz. do porabe sredstev. Ponudnik lahko odda ponudbo za posamezen sklop ali za vse sklope.
