Hlavním cílem veřejné zakázky je dodávka a implementace nového lokálního katalogu otevřených dat Ministerstva vnitra (dále jen „LKOD“), který bude sloužit primárně k zajištění katalogizace dat v Národním katalogu otevřených dat. Implementované řešení LKOD musí splňovat Otevřenou formální normu pro Rozhraní katalogů otevřených dat a Specifikaci pro vyhlášku č. 360/2023 Sb., o dlouhodobém řízení informačních systémů veřejné správy, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, či další otevřené formální normy a standardy týkající se otevřených dat zveřejněné Digitální a informační agenturou v platné a účinné verzi.
