Supply and management of large-capacity shared printing devices

Delivery of 122 units (with an optional additional 15 units) of new multifunctional printing devices to the ownership of the public procurer, including their transport, unloading, relocation, assembly, connection, and physical installation at the places of performance. The scope of delivery also includes technical setup, configuration, and integration of the devices into the public procurer's information environment, provision of all necessary licenses, and deployment of an on-premise software system for secure print and scan management. The subject of the order also includes the execution of functional and acceptance tests, commissioning, handover of documentation, and training of employees. This performance is followed by the provision of maintenance services for a period of 60 months with an option to extend for another 36 months to ensure operability, security, and the agreed service level (SLA). The subject of the order also includes the SLA - to ensure the operability, functionality, security, compatibility, and agreed service level of the Works manufactured and delivered in accordance with the Contract for Works, by providing regular Maintenance Services, Order Services, and Additional Services within the scope and under the conditions stipulated by this Maintenance Agreement. The subject of the order will therefore be realized based on two interconnected contracts, namely: • Contract for the supply, installation, configuration, and commissioning of multifunctional printing devices, including the software solution no. C-NBS1-000-125-409 (Contract for Works) and • Maintenance Agreement no. C-NBS1-000-125-422 for the provision of maintenance support, upkeep, and other operational services related to the supplied multifunctional devices and the relevant software solution (Maintenance Agreement).
