Supply of liquid medical oxygen 2026-2030 II.

The subject of the tender procedure is the conclusion of framework agreements between individual authorising contracting authorities and one supplier, based on which public contracts for the supply of the medicinal product liquid medical oxygen (hereinafter referred to as "medical oxygen" or "liquid medical oxygen") will be awarded. The subject of the tender procedure also includes - ensuring the service of medical oxygen tanks (hereinafter referred to as "tank") for all authorising contracting authorities, - rental of a medical oxygen tank with a telemetry unit in the case of Nemocnice Znojmo, p. o. and Nemocnice TGM Hodonín, p. o. and - rental of a telemetry unit in the case of Nemocnice Břeclav, p. o. The subject of the framework agreements is to ensure the continuous supply of liquid medical oxygen, including logistical support for deliveries, rental of tanks, rental of telemetry units and servicing of tanks, in accordance with all conditions specified in this tender documentation and its annexes, so as to ensure the proper operation of the authorising contracting authorities as healthcare facilities (hereinafter referred to as "facilities"). The provision of healthcare is directly related to the properties of the supplied liquid medical oxygen, which must meet all requirements according to the relevant legal regulations or relevant technical standards. Medical oxygen will be filled into tanks owned by the South Moravian Region, as the founder of the authorising contracting authorities and managed by these authorising contracting authorities, with the exception of Nemocnice Znojmo, příspěvková organizace and Nemocnice TGM Hodonín, příspěvková organizace, which will rent the tank from the selected supplier for the duration of the framework agreement, and the supplier will fill medical oxygen into the tanks rented by them.
