Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zajištění soustavných plynulých dodávek motorové nafty a zajištění správy technologií čerpacích stanic zadavatele. Předmětem dodávek bude motorová nafta, a to motorová nafta třídy B, D, F a motorová nafta třídy 2, která splňuje všechny podmínky předepsané obecně platnými předpisy a odpovídá české technické normě ČSN EN 590 (nebo rovnocenné) v předpokládaném objemu 35.000.000 litrů ročně. Motorová nafta bude mít referenční hustotu 0,845 kg/l. Výše ročních odběrů představuje předpokládaný objem. Zadavatel nemá povinnost motorovou naftu v uvedeném množství odebrat. Motorová nafta bude dodávána tak, aby byla zajištěna soustavná garance minimálního množství nafty v nádržích dle podmínek uvedených v Rámcové dohodě. Správou technologií čerpacích stanic se rozumí plnění specifikované v Rámcové dohodě, zejména zajištění non-stop (24hodinového) servisu. Bližší specifikace předmětu plnění je uvedena Rámcové dohodě.
