Description

Deze raamovereenkomst heeft betrekking op de levering van landmeetkundige toestellen en bijhorende accessoires voor gebruik binnen de relevante opleidingen en praktijkomgevingen van Hogeschool Gent (HOGENT). Bestellingen gebeuren op afroep, naargelang de concrete behoeften van HOGENT. Binnen de raamovereenkomst kan HOGENT de in het bestek (artikel III.3) vermelde waterpastoestellen, manuele totaalstations, robotische totaalstations, GNSS-toestellen en bijhorende accessoires inclusief bijhorende toestelsoftware en licenties bestellen tegen de in de inventaris opgegeven forfaitaire eenheidsprijzen na korting. De bestellingen kunnen betrekking hebben op de aankoop van de betreffende toestellen en bijhorende accessoires, alsook sporadisch op de huur ervan voor beperkte periodes (week of maand). De raamovereenkomst omvat tevens de nodige platformsoftware met bijhorende licenties (eeuwigdurend licentierecht) voor het beheer, de verwerking, de analyse en de uitwisseling van meetgegevens. Ook kalibratie op afroep, opleiding en support maken deel uit van de opdracht. Daarnaast kan HOGENT tijdens de looptijd van de raamovereenkomst ook andere landmeetkundige toestellen en accessoires voor topografische metingen uit het productgamma van de opdrachtnemer bestellen die niet uitdrukkelijk in dit bestek zijn beschreven. De prijs ervan wordt bepaald op basis van de op het ogenblik van bestelling voor dat toestel geldende catalogusprijs/basisprijs, verminderd met het in de offerte opgegeven vaste globale kortingspercentage (en met de eventuele extra kortingen voor zover van toepassing).
