Vuoden 2026 alussa toimintansa aloittavan Lupa- ja valvontaviraston (LVV) käyttöön hankitaan dokumenttipohjien hallinta- ja automatisointiohjelmisto palveluna.
Tavoitteena on yhdistää kolmen olemassa olevan viraston dokumenttipohjien sujuva hallinta ja käyttö ohjelmistopalvelun avulla. Keskitetyllä palvelulla haetaan dokumenttien tehokkaampaa hallinnointia, käytettävyyttä ja löydettävyyttä. LVV pyrkii minimoimaan dokumenttipohjien ylläpitoon, jakeluun tai osasto-/toimipaikkakohtaisten versioiden ja variaatioiden toteuttamiseen liittyvää henkilötyötä.
Dokumenttipohjien hallinta- ja automatisointiohjelmisto on tuotettava ohjelmistopalveluna (SaaS-palvelu) ja sillä on voitava hallita kaikkia Asiakkaan MSOffice-dokumenttipohjia.
Tilaaja asioi toimittajan kanssa suomen kielellä. Hankintasopimus tullaan tekemään valitun tarjoajan kanssa.

SOPIMUSKAUSI
