Description
Brent Council is seeking an appropriately qualified contractor to provide a Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Programme. The Service includes: โข A 26-week perpetrator behaviour change programme โข Pre-programme and advocacy support for individuals not yet ready to engage in the 26 week programme โข Parallel victim safety support, delivered through liaison with Domestic Abuse Safety Advisors (DASAs) and local victim services โข A training programme for professionals working with domestic abuse and perpetrators The Service prioritises medium to high-risk perpetrators, aligns with MARAC and safeguarding processes, and adopts a whole-family, trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach reflective of Brentโs diverse communities. Delivery must align with Respect standards or accreditation, be underpinned by strong multi-agency partnership working, and include robust performance monitoring focused on engagement, behaviour change, reduced reoffending and improved victim safety.
