Pour le lot n°1, l'acheteur exige la présentation d'une solution variante alternative à l'offre de base. La réponse à l'offre de base est obligatoire. La solution variante doit porter sur : le taux de la prime HT et le montant de la prime TTC annuelle en tenant compte de la franchise générale à 5 000 euro(s) avec les mêmes garanties.(article 5.3 du CCP valant CP).Les exigences minimales à respecter sont fixées dans un paragraphe dédié du CCTP du lot concerné.
