Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou služby spočívající ve zpracování projektové dokumentace pro demolici stávajících objektů a vybudování nového Domova pro seniory v Českém Krumlově. Předmět veřejné zakázky spočívá zejména ve zpracování: a) dokumentace pro odstranění stavby dle zákona č. 283/2021, stavebního zákona, ve znění pozdějších předpisů („stavební zákon“) a vyhlášky č. 131/2024 Sb., o dokumentace staveb, ve znění pozdějších předpisů („vyhláška o dokumentaci staveb“), b) dokumentace pro povolení záměru dle stavebního zákona a vyhlášky o dokumentaci staveb, c) dokumentace pro účely zpracování dalších stupňů projektové dokumentace v rámci veřejné zakázky realizované metodou Design & Build, jejíž součástí bude zejména kniha místností a standardů („bílá kniha“ / „white book“).
