Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je rekonstrukce stávající hlavní budovy domova pro seniory a výstavba dvou nových pavilonů a hospodářských objektů v areálu Domova pro seniory Javorník, příspěvková organizace. Předmět plnění veřejné zakázky je blíže specifikován v obchodních a platebních podmínkách (Příloha č. 3 dokumentace zadávacího řízení a Příloha č. 4 dokumentace zadávacího řízení) a projektové dokumentaci a soupisu stavebních prací, dodávek a služeb s výkazem výměr (dále jen „soupis prací"), (Příloha č. 6 dokumentace zadávacího řízení).
