Total framework quantity (pcs/year): 120 pcs - Bile duct stone lithotripsy dormia basket (various types) The requirements for the products to be purchased under the purchase framework agreement are detailed in the technical specification and price list, which are part of the public procurement documentation. The contracting authority requests the operation of a consignment warehouse at the Debrecen University Clinical Center Gastroenterology Clinic at the Nagyerdei Campus and Kenézy Gyula Campus. The initial quantities of the consignment warehouse stock are detailed in the document titled DEK-1560_Technical Specification and Price List. The tenderer must offer products in factory new condition, not previously used. Offers can only be made for the entire lot. The tenderer must make an offer for all lines of the price list. The procurement includes delivery. Relevant for sterile products: The winning tenderer undertakes that the goods supplied by them are sterile products and will have 2/3 of their sterility period remaining at the time of delivery. Warranty: - For sterile goods: for the duration of the sterility period - For non-sterile goods: 12 months from the date of performance. Pursuant to Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.), if the documentation (public procurement technical specification) refers to a specific standard, technical approval, technical specifications, technical recommendation, or a product, procedure, activity, person, patent, or trademark of a specific make or origin, the designation is made solely to clearly define the nature of the subject matter, and the phrase "or equivalent" must be understood alongside the designation, according to which the Contracting Authority is obliged to accept an equivalent or a better solution than those specified in the documentation. The tenderer – if they intend to offer an equivalent device, solution, etc. instead of the technical content referred to in the documentation – must submit the document(s) supporting the equivalence in their offer. The Contracting Authority draws the tenderers' attention to the fact that the document supporting the equivalence may be, in particular (but not exclusively), technical documentation from the manufacturer or a certification from an independent, professionally recognized organization.
