Na przedmiot zamówienia składa się: • 3 kardiomonitory wraz z centralą monitorującą Wymagania ogólne stawiane urządzeniom: • Cena zawiera transport do Szpitala Oddziału Zewnętrznego Zakładu Karnego nr 1 w Łodzi i montaż w/w urządzeń wraz z pierwszym testowym uruchomieniem i szkolenie personelu • Gwarancja nie mniej niż 24 miesiące • Przeglądy serwisowe w okresie gwarancji bezpłatne wykonywane w miejscu użytkowania sprzętu. • Termin realizacji maksymalnie do 6-ciu tygodni od podpisania umowy. • Sprzęt fabrycznie nowy. • Wyklucza się aparaty demonstracyjne. • Data produkcji urządzeń nie będzie wcześniejsza niż w 2025 roku.
