Delivery of 5 passenger cars with a combi-van body type

The subject of this tender, issued under the Public Procurement Law, is the delivery of 5 passenger cars classified as N1 category with a combi-van body type. A detailed description of the vehicles and all requirements can be found in Annex 3 to the Invitation – Technical Specification. The contractor is required to deliver the vehicles to the Ordering Party's warehouse located in Krakow, at ul. Mogilska 109, with transportation costs borne by the contractor. Additionally, the contractor must provide a warranty for each delivered vehicle, as outlined in Annex 3, which must not be shorter than the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty repairs, service, and services performed under service campaigns will be carried out at authorized service stations. The Ordering Party requires the contractor to indicate at least one authorized service station within the Małopolskie Voivodeship. If the contractor fails to indicate an authorized service within this region, they must arrange for the vehicle's transport to an authorized service at another location for warranty repairs or services, without additional compensation, and return the vehicle to the Ordering Party. Each vehicle delivered must include documentation specified in Annex 3, prepared in Polish. The Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions to those described in the procurement documentation, in accordance with Article 101(4) of the Public Procurement Law. The deadline for the execution of the order is within 21 calendar days from the date of contract conclusion.
