1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa fabrycznie nowej, wyprodukowanej nie wcześniej niż w 2026 r., nieużywanej, nieuszkodzonej ładowarki kołowej czołowo – przegubowej. Ładowarka musi być dostarczona z osprzętem, w tym Wykonawca zobowiązany jest dostarczyć 3 komplety nowych lemieszy wraz ze śrubami i nakrętkami mocującymi oraz zapewnić dostęp do Systemu zdalnego monitorowania pracy Ładowarki (Pojazdu) za pośrednictwem przeglądarki internetowej. Ponadto dostawa obejmie:  przeprowadzenie próby eksploatacyjnej – przez okres minimum 1 godziny,  wykonanie serwisów w okresie 24 miesięcy lub 9.000 mth w zależności od tego co nastąpi wcześniej, zgodnie z zapisami w DTR,  przeprowadzenie szkolenia wyznaczonego personelu Zamawiającego w trakcie przeprowadzania próby eksploatacyjnej, w ilości 8 osób,  maszyna nie może być prototypem i powinna pochodzić z seryjnej produkcji.
