Verification of the compliance of the offered subject of the order will be carried out based on the information contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, including in particular based on the type/model, name (company) of the manufacturer of the offered subjects of the order and on the subject evidence referred to in Chapter V of the SWZ. 5.
