1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa biletów miesięcznych dla dzieci i młodzieży z terenu Gminy Trzebnica, na organizowane przez Wykonawcę przewozy szkolne w roku szkolnym 2026/2027. 2. Szacunkowa ilość biletów miesięcznych, których dostawa stanowi przedmiot zamówienia wynosi 797/m-c, t.j. 7970 w całym okresie zamówienia. Zamawiający informuje, że wielkość ta została opracowana na podstawie prognoz, oraz służy ona wyłącznie do porównania ofert, a rzeczywista ilość biletów będzie wielokrotnie ulegać zmianie w trakcie realizacji zamówienia, na co Wykonawca składając ofertę w niniejszym postępowaniu wyraża zgodę. Zmiana ilości biletów nie może być podstawą żadnych roszczeń ze strony Wykonawcy. Ponadto zmiana ilości biletów nie będzie stanowić istotnych zmian umowy. Zamawiający wskazuje minimalną wielkość zakresu zamówienia jako 70% szacunkowej ilości biletów. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowią: a. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia, stanowiący załącznik nr 1 do SWZ, zwany dalej „OPZ”, b. Wzór umowy, stanowiący załącznik nr 4 do SWZ. 4.
