Delivery of a farm tractor and agricultural machinery as part of support from the National Reconstruction Plan for the Silesian Agricultural Advisory Centre in Częstochowa

The subject of the order is the delivery to the Silesian Agricultural Advisory Centre in Częstochowa of brand new agricultural machinery, manufactured no earlier than 2025, free from damage and physical or legal defects, and compliant with the standards and technical-operational requirements in force in the Republic of Poland, equipped with Industry 4.0 solutions, hereinafter referred to as "machinery", along with training on the operation of the delivered machinery. including: a farm tractor with a navigation system for wireless data transmission, a mineral fertilizer spreader, a corn planter, a mounted mechanical seed drill for sowing cereals, and a mounted agricultural sprayer. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including the technical and operational parameters of the machinery, is provided in Annexes No. 1a – 1e to the SWZ. The technical and operational parameters provided by the Ordering Party in Annexes No. 1a – 1e to the SWZ constitute minimum requirements. The absence of any required parameter in the offered machinery provides grounds for the Ordering Party to reject the offer. The Contractor may offer machinery with better parameters than those described by the Ordering Party in a given annex. A detailed justification for the lack of division into lots can be found in point 4.3. of the SWZ.
