Delivery of heavy rescue and firefighting vehicles with increased road rescue potential (GCBA – first response standard) – 16 units.

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 16 units of brand new heavy rescue and firefighting vehicles with increased road rescue potential (GCBA – first response standard) on the terms described in the terms of reference (hereinafter referred to as "SWZ") intended for 10 Ordering Parties (16 users). The vehicles and their equipment must be brand new, unused, undamaged, free from third-party rights, and of the highest quality. Fire brigade vehicles marked as such, equipped with priority signaling and possessing the equipment specified in the tender documentation, which the contractor must install in the vehicles. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ "Description of the Subject of the Order". 3. The terms of delivery and execution of the order are specified in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ "Draft Agreement". 4. Declarations and documents that contractors are obliged to provide to demonstrate the absence of grounds for exclusion and to confirm compliance with the conditions for participation in the proceedings are described in Chapter IX of the SWZ. 5. The purchase is carried out within the framework of the Project titled: "Improving the road rescue system - stage VI". 6. The vehicles are intended for the following ordering parties: Opole Provincial Commander of the State Fire Service, Lower Silesian Provincial Commander of the State Fire Service, Lublin Provincial Commander of the State Fire Service, Lubusz Provincial Commander of the State Fire Service, Lesser Poland Provincial Commander of the State Fire Service, Subcarpathian Provincial Commander of the State Fire Service, Podlaskie Provincial Commander of the State Fire Service, Silesian Provincial Commander of the State Fire Service, Greater Poland Provincial Commander of the State Fire Service, and West Pomeranian Provincial Commander of the State Fire Service. 7. The delivery of vehicles includes two deadlines for 8 vehicles each. Delivery deadline for the first batch of vehicles: by 11.06.2027. Delivery deadline for the second batch of vehicles: by 29.09.2028. The start date for the release of the first batch of vehicles is set for 22.02.2027, and for the second batch on 21.02.2028. These dates refer to the earliest possible date for the actual acceptance of the subject of the contract. The schedule for vehicle acceptance for individual users is Annex No. 6 to the agreement.
