1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa ciężkiego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego z funkcją dostarczania wody do celów bytowych na potrzeby Państwowej Straży Pożarnej. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia musi zostać wykonany w zakresie i zgodnie z wymaganiami określonymi w SWZ, w szczególności w załącznikach nr 1 A-E do niej pt.: „Opis przedmiotu zamówienia” (zwanym dalej także „OPZ”) oraz zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami. Szczegółowe wymagania co do wykonania zamówienia określono również w załączniku nr 7 do SWZ pt.: „Projektowane Postanowienia Umowy” (zwanych dalej także „PPU”). 3. Zamawiający wymaga, aby wykonawca udzielił gwarancji i rękojmi (okres rękojmi będzie zrównany z okresem gwarancji) na okres co najmniej 24 miesięcy licząc od dnia odbioru faktycznego (ostatecznego) - na przedmiot zamówienia wraz z wyposażeniem bez limitu kilometrów na podwozia pojazdów, zabudowę oraz zamontowany sprzęt/dostarczone wyposażenie.
