Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa dwóch fabrycznie nowych, jednakowych pojazdów specjalnych do zbierania i transportu odpadów komunalnych, jednokomorowych, o określonych parametrach minimalnych, dostosowanych do standardu technicznego floty użytkowanej przez Zamawiającego. Zamawiający realizuje politykę ujednolicania floty pojazdów w celu optymalizacji kosztów eksploatacyjnych, serwisowych i organizacyjnych, w szczególności związanych z magazynowaniem części zamiennych i materiałów eksploatacyjnych, prowadzeniem procesów szkoleniowych oraz obsługą systemów diagnostycznych i serwisowych.
