Supply of electricity to the Nowy Targ City Hall building, street lighting, and units of the Municipality of Nowy Targ City in the period from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027.

The subject of the order is the supply of electricity to the Nowy Targ City Hall building, street lighting, and units of the Municipality of Nowy Targ City in the period from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. 2. Detailed data regarding electricity supply and its execution: 1/ the scope of the order includes the supply of electricity in the amount of approximately 4,178,067 kWh, 2/ the indicated consumption is estimated and approximate, serving only for valuation and subsequent comparison of offers, and consequently does not constitute an obligation of the contracting authority to purchase electricity in the indicated quantity, which may increase or decrease during the contract period, and settlement will be based on actual electricity consumption in the facilities, according to meter readings, 3/ the estimated electricity consumption in the above-mentioned period, contracted capacities, tariffs for individual facilities and their characteristics are indicated in the summary, which is attachment no. 2 and 3 to this SWZ, 4/ the number of electricity consumption points, contracted capacities may change, changes will be made in the form of an annex to the contract, 5/ increasing consumption points or changing the tariff group is possible only within the tariff groups that have been included in the SWZ and valued in the contractor's offer form, 6/ the contracting authority currently has concluded contracts for the sale of electricity according to the summary in attachment no. 2 and 3 to this SWZ, 7/ the electricity supplied by the contractor must meet the requirements specified in the applicable regulations, in particular the Energy Law (Energy Law (Journal of Laws 2024, item 266) and executive acts issued on its basis, as well as other related applicable laws and Polish standards, 8/ after the completion of the procedure, the contracting authority will provide the contractor whose offer is selected with all data necessary for the contractor to change the supplier, 9/ the contracting authority will grant the contractor appropriate power of attorney to register the concluded electricity sales contract with the DSO on behalf of the contracting authority and to perform activities necessary to carry out the process of changing the supplier at the DSO, 10/ the payment deadline for the performance of the subject of the order will not be shorter than 14 days from the date of delivery of a correctly issued invoice, not more often than once a month, indicating the point of consumption and the amount of electricity consumed and its delivery to the recipient's correspondence address (indicated in the contract), 11/ the deadline for delivering a correctly issued invoice or VAT invoices to the recipient is set at no less than 14 days before the payment deadline specified on the invoice. If this deadline is not met, the payment deadline specified on the VAT invoice will be automatically extended by the delay period, 12/ settlements will be based on actual electricity consumption (installment payments, forecast invoices, estimated invoices are excluded) in a given settlement period at the unit price resulting from the contractor's offer, 13/ the net unit price of electricity sales is in accordance with the submitted offer, 14/ the gross unit price may change only in case of statutory changes in the VAT rate, excise tax, or changes in generally applicable legal regulations, and in particular changes to the Energy Law, the Energy Efficiency Law, or executive regulations introducing additional obligations related to the purchase of property rights or energy efficiency certificates.
