1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa (sprzedaż) energii elektrycznej do obiektów Nowodworskiego Ośrodka Sportu i Rekreacji w Nowym Dworze Mazowieckim, zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. – Prawo energetyczne oraz aktami wykonawczymi do tej ustawy. 2. Zamówienie nie obejmuje świadczenia usług dystrybucji energii elektrycznej. Zamawiający posiada odrębne umowy o świadczenie usług dystrybucji zawarte z właściwymi operatorami systemu dystrybucyjnego (OSD) i nie przewiduje zawarcia umowy kompleksowej. 3. Energia elektryczna będzie zużywana na potrzeby własne Zamawiającego. Zamawiający nie dokonuje odsprzedaży energii elektrycznej i nie posiada statusu odbiorcy przemysłowego w rozumieniu przepisów o odnawialnych źródłach energii. 4. Szczegółowy sposób realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ – Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia oraz Załączniku nr 6 do SWZ – Istotnych postanowieniach umowy.
