1. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej na potrzeby Warszawskiego Uniwersytetu Medycznego, przez okres 12 miesięcy. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ), zawierającym oszacowanie zapotrzebowania na energię elektryczną w okresie 12 miesięcy, ustaloną na podstawie zużycia energii w latach ubiegłych, wg taryf określonych w tym dokumencie. 3. Szacunkowa ilość dostarczanej energii, w zakresie zamówienia podstawowego, w okresie realizacji zamówienia wynosi 13 650 000 kWh 5. W ramach umowy, której Projekt stanowi Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ, Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie także do świadczenia usług bilansowania handlowego energii dostarczanej oraz energii elektrycznej wytwarzanej w istniejących i przyszłych instalacjach odnawialnych źródeł energii (OZE) Zamawiającego. W przypadku wystąpienia nadwyżek energii elektrycznej wprowadzanej do sieci Operatora Systemu Dystrybucyjnego (OSD), Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie do jej odbioru i bilansowania zgodnie z postanowieniami Projektu umowy. 6. Zamawiający wymaga również, aby do obliczenia ceny Wykonawca zastosował jedną, zryczałtowaną cenę jednostkową energii elektrycznej dla wszystkich grup taryfowych B, C i G, punktów przyłączenia, a także bez podziału na taryfę nocną i dzienną.
