Przedmiotem zamówienia publicznego jest dostawa fabrycznie nowych części zamiennych, podzespołów i materiałów eksploatacyjnych (dalej także odpowiednio jako: części/podzespoły/materiały lub łącznie jako: wyrobów) do kombajnu typu Eickhoff SL 300 pracującego w podziemnych zakładach górniczych wydobywających węgiel kamienny w pomieszczeniach zagrożonych wybuchem metanu i pyłu węglowego. 2. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do swobodnego wyboru poszczególnych części zamiennych, podzespołów lub materiałów eksploatacyjnych jakie będzie zamawiał w ramach zawartej z Wykonawcą Umowy. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Część III SWZ - Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia. 4. Przedmiotowe zamówienie jest zamówieniem sektorowym w rozumieniu art. 7 pkt 35) ustawy Pzp.
