Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: - dostawę 200 szt. fabrycznie nowych foteli ergonomicznych na potrzeby Urzędu Miejskiego w Wałbrzychu do siedziby Zamawiającego (Plac Magistracki 1, Wałbrzych), - rozładunek 200 szt. fabrycznie nowych foteli ergonomicznych, - montaż 100 sztuk foteli ergonomicznych (do pozostałych 100 sztuk zapewnienie instrukcji montażu), - usunięcie i utylizację wszystkich opakowań transportowych (w szczególności kartonów i folii) pozostałych po montażu 100 sztuk foteli ergonomicznych. 2.
