1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Zaprojektowanie, dostawa, montaż i uruchomienie instalacji fotowoltaicznej wraz z niezbędną dokumentacją w Publicznym Przedszkolu nr 24 przy ul. Aleksandra Fredry 15 w Jastrzębiu-Zdroju o poniższych parametrach: - moc generatora fotowoltaicznego 19,8kWp (mikroinstalacja w rozumieniu Ustawy o OZE) - magazyn energii elektrycznej MEE o mocy min. 10kW i pojemności użytecznej min. 20kWh. Instalacja fotowoltaiczna będzie połączona z wewnętrzną instalacją elektryczną budynku. Energia elektryczna wytworzona w mikroinstalacji będzie zużywana na bieżąco, zaś niewykorzystana w momencie produkcji część energii będzie przesyłana w pierwszej kolejności do magazynu energii elektrycznej, a po jego naładowaniu przesyłana do sieci i rozliczana zgodnie z ceną sprzedaży energii elektrycznej z fotowoltaiki (miesięczna stawka Rynkowej Ceny Energii - rozliczana na zasadach net-billingu). Projektowana instalacja nie wymaga zmiany warunków przyłączenia do sieci ani koncesji. Pełny zakres przedmiotu zamówienia został ujęty w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ) stanowiącym załącznik nr 6 do SWZ (załącznik nr 2 do umowy). Zamówienie będzie realizowane przy udziale Inżyniera Kontraktu – PPUH INSTAL-PROJEKT Sp. z o.o., ul. Leśna 37, 44-341 Gołkowice. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 6 do SWZ. Zgodnie z art. 101 ust. 4 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (t.j. Dz.U. z 2026 r. poz. 793 z późn. zm.) Zamawiający opisując przedmiot zamówienia przez odniesienie do norm, ocen technicznych, specyfikacji technicznych i systemów referencji technicznych, o których mowa w art. 101 ust. 1 pkt 2 oraz ust. 3 PZP, dopuszcza rozwiązania równoważne opisywanym w dokumentacji zamówienia. Wykonawca, który powołuje się na rozwiązania równoważne opisywanym przez Zamawiającego, jest obowiązany wykazać, że oferowane przez niego dostawy lub usługi spełniają wymagania określone przez Zamawiającego.
