Delivery and installation of air conditioning for the server room

1. The scope of the order includes the supply and installation of air conditioning for the server room. 2. Detailed description of the air conditioning unit: a) device capacity selected based on room volume and heat load of server room equipment - server room area approx. 10 m2 and standard electrical equipment power - 5 kW capacity unit b) split type unit c) energy efficiency in cooling mode min. A++ d) power supply for the outdoor unit 220-240V/ 50-60Hz. e) cooling temperature adjustment range [stC] min. 17-30. f) temperature control accuracy 1 st C g) remote control. h) refrigerant R32 (675) or other equivalent environmentally safe GWP factor compliant with current European standards. i) refrigerant tightly sealed in a hermetic air conditioner system. j) dehumidification function k) possession of a declaration of conformity authorizing the product to bear the CE mark in accordance with applicable law and standards. l) gravity condensate drainage; m) automatic restart in case of power failure. n) Continuous operation 24/7 o) devices must have protective elements until installation (caps). p) delivered devices must be marked with the manufacturer's name and rating plate. q) product must be new (not older than 12 months), complete, and from serial production. r) instructions in Polish. s) offering devices ensures safe and hygienic operation in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. Conditions for contract changes: 1. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the Agreement concluded with the Contractor selected during the procurement procedure - in cases and under conditions permitted, in particular, in section 3.2.4 of the Guidelines for the eligibility of expenditure for the years 2021-2027 and in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement. 2. The Contracting Authority permits the possibility of changing the Agreement referred to above, provided that the change does not lead to a change in the general nature of the Agreement and does not violate the principle of competition, in particular, it does not result in circumventing the obligation to ensure competition. 3. Changes to the Agreement may concern, in particular: a) changes in delivery deadlines, in case of: i. force majeure, ii. circumstances beyond the control of the Parties that could not have been foreseen at the stage of conducting the procedure iii. changes in the Project, including the schedule or scope, resulting from the decision of the NFOŚiGW/competent institution or the need to adapt to the terms of the co-financing agreement; b) changes in subcontractors or the scope of subcontracting - provided that it does not violate the provisions of the Request for Proposals and the Agreement; c) changes resulting from changes in generally applicable legal provisions directly affecting the performance of the Agreement; d) organizational or clarifying changes (in particular, resolving interpretative discrepancies), if they do not lead to a change in the general nature of the Agreement. 4.
