W ramach realizacji zamówienia Zamawiający wymaga wykonania systemu zapewniającego co najmniej: • podgląd mapowy w czasie rzeczywistym całej bazy utrzymaniowej (tory postojowe oraz tory w hali napraw) wraz ze schematem synoptycznym terenu bocznicy; • prezentację na mapie synoptycznej informacji o pojazdach dotyczących m.in.: dokładnego miejsca odstawienia pojazdu, informacji o usterkach, planowanych pracach przeglądowych i naprawczych, planowanej pracy eksploatacyjnej, próbach hamulca, oględzinach technicznych, czyszczeniach, itp.; • prezentację zaplanowanych do wykonania czynności wraz z planowaniem czasu zajętości toru na hali napraw i ewentualnych odchyleniach od planu; • harmonogramowanie zajętości torów postojowych w oparciu o zaplanowaną pracę eksploatacyjną dla pojazdów dostępnych do jazdy; • harmonogramowanie zajętości torów w hali napraw; • kontrolę zajętości torów w zależności od długości toru na grupie odstawczej i uwzględnianie zarówno długości torów jak i długości pojazdów przy automatycznym planowaniu zajętości torów; • sygnalizację nieprawidłowego ustawienia pojazdu na danym torze; • analizę sytuacji taborowej i weryfikację zmiany przyporządkowania pojazdów do obiegów, tak aby móc na bieżąco dostosowywać plan zajętości bocznicy do aktualnych warunków.
