1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa i montaż urządzeń oraz prace w zakresie zagospodarowania terenu na placu zabaw zlokalizowanym przy budynku Szkoły Podstawowej nr 19, przy ul. Uroczej 4 w Elblągu 2. Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje niżej wymienione prace: 1) Demontaż i utylizacja istniejących urządzeń i nawierzchni, 2) Dostawa i montaż urządzeń na plac zabaw: a) urządzenia zabawowe: - linarium – 1 kpl. - karuzela – 1 kpl. - bujak sprężynowy – 1 kpl. - zestaw wielofunkcyjny – 1 kpl. - zestaw – bujaki – 1 kpl. - huśtawka wieloosobowa – 1 kpl. b) Elementy małej architektury: - ławka z oparciem – 2 kpl. - kosz na śmieci – 1 kpl. - tablica z regulaminem użytkowania – 1 szt. 3) Wykonanie nawierzchni bezpiecznej bezspoinowej EPDM na terenie placu zabaw zgodnie z dokumentacją projektową oraz wymaganiami producenta urządzeń w zakresie bezpieczeństwa upadku. 4) Wykonanie oświetlenia placu zabaw, 5) Wykonanie monitoringu placu zabaw, 6) Prace wykończeniowe oraz porządkowe po przeprowadzeniu robót – wyrównanie terenu, uprzątnięcie, uporządkowanie terenu, renowacja trawnika w miejscach, gdzie istniejący trawnik uległ zniszczeniu oraz miejscach przewidzianych w dokumentacji projektowej. 3.
