1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej na potrzeby Zamawiającego do punktów poboru energii elektrycznej oraz odkup nadwyżek energii elektrycznej wytworzonej w źródłach OZE należących do Zamawiającego, w okresie 12 miesięcy od dnia zawarcia umowy w łącznej szacunkowej wielkości dostawy 1 057 320 kWh i odkupu 247 201 kWh. Dostawy oraz rozliczenie PPE z instalacjami prosumentów odbywać się będą na zasadach określonych w ustawie z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 roku Prawo energetyczne (Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 266 ze zm.) oraz wydanych na jej podstawie aktach wykonawczych, a także ustawy z dnia 20 lutego 2015 r. o odnawialnych źródłach energii (Dz. U. z 2023 r. poz. 1436 ze zm.). 2. Szacowana wielkość energii w rozbiciu na grupy taryfowe wynosi: 1) grupa taryfowa O12b – ok. 375 882 kWh 2) grupa taryfowa Cxx – ok. 679 817 kWh 3) grupa taryfowa Gxx – ok. 1 621 kWh Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
