Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej, zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo energetyczne, (PE), do obiektów, budynków oraz ich infrastruktury Gdańskiego Uniwersytetu Medycznego (GUMed), oraz zakup przez Wykonawcę od Zamawiającego energii elektrycznej wytworzonej w instalacjach odnawialnego źródła energii OZE (instalacje fotowoltaiczne) i wprowadzonej do sieci OSD dla których Zamawiający ma obecnie status odbiorcy wytwarzającym energię elektryczną i, zgodnie z posiadanymi przez Zamawiającego tytułami prawnymi. Niniejsze zamówienie nie obejmuje usług dystrybucji energii elektrycznej. W ramach zamówienia Wykonawca ma za zadanie przygotować i przekazać Zamawiającemu kwartalne raporty zużycia energii elektrycznej.
