As part of the basic order, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) prepare and deliver the Technical Implementation Project, in accordance with the requirements described in Chapter IV of the OPZ; 2) deliver, including unloading, for each location, the Equipment and Software necessary to launch the System with an effective usable data capacity of at least 2 PiB for each location separately, in accordance with the requirements described in Chapters II and III of the OPZ; 3) Implement the System, consisting of: a) installation and configuration of the delivered Equipment and Software, in accordance with the requirements described in Chapter III of the OPZ, b) integration of the delivered Equipment and Software with the Ordering Party's environment, in accordance with the requirements described in Chapter III of the OPZ; 4) conduct training, in accordance with the requirements described in Chapter VII of the OPZ; 5) prepare and deliver Documentation, in accordance with the requirements described in Chapter IV of the OPZ; 6) provide a warranty by the Contractor for the executed subject of the order and ensure the manufacturer's warranty for the delivered Equipment and Software, in accordance with the requirements described in Chapter VI of the OPZ. 3. As part of the order executed in the option, the Contractor is obliged to expand the System delivered under the basic order with an effective usable data capacity of at least 2 PiB for each location separately, in accordance with the requirements described in Chapters II and III of the OPZ, by: 1) preparing and delivering the Technical Expansion Project of the System, in accordance with the requirements described in Chapter IV of the OPZ, 2) delivery, including unloading, for each location, of the Equipment and Software necessary for the expansion of the System, with an effective usable data capacity of at least 2 PiB for each location separately, in accordance with the requirements described in Chapters II and III of the OPZ; 3) Implementation of the System expansion, consisting of: a) installation and configuration of the delivered Equipment and Software, in accordance with the requirements described in Chapter III of the OPZ, b) integration of the delivered Equipment and Software with the Ordering Party's environment, in accordance with the requirements described in Chapter III of the OPZ, 4) preparation and delivery of Documentation, in accordance with the requirements described in Chapter IV of the OPZ; 5) providing a warranty by the Contractor for the executed subject of the order and ensuring the manufacturer's warranty for the delivered Equipment and Software, in accordance with the requirements described in Chapter VI of the OPZ. 4. Within the scope of the option right, the Ordering Party also reserves the right to commission Technical Assistance services for a maximum of 200 hours, in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter VIII of the OPZ.
