Delivery and implementation of the CIS System with integration and expansion of Optimed NXT for Copernicus PL Sp. z o.o. in Gdańsk.

1. The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of a system (CIS) for integration, monitoring, and visualization of medical data from medical equipment such as cardiac monitors, along with the digitization of information flow for 100 beds in Intensive Care Units, including integration with the hospital medical documentation system (HIS) - A system integrating medical equipment and presenting data from the equipment, ensuring access to parameters, with a rule system and integration with the HIS Optimed NXT system owned by the Ordering Party. 2. The subject of the order consists of 1 part. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the conditions for its execution are included in: 1) Annex No. 1 to the Invitation – Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), which consists of: I. Annex No. 1A – Detailed description of the subject of the order, II. Annex No. 1B – Equipment parameters, III. Annex No. 1C – List of equipment, IV. Annex No. 1D – List of wards. 2) Annex No. 3 to the Invitation – Draft contract. 3. The offered items of the order must be approved for circulation and use in accordance with applicable legal provisions. 4. In all provisions of the Invitation and its annexes, where the Ordering Party refers to norms, approvals, technical specifications, or reference systems, or where trademarks, parameters, or sources of origin (manufacturer or device names) are indicated, in accordance with Art. 99 sec. 5 and Art. 101 sec. 4 of the Pzp Act, the Ordering Party allows for equivalent solutions. 5. The Ordering Party does not reserve the possibility of applying for the order only by Contractors referred to in Art. 94 of the Pzp Act. 6. In connection with the execution of the order, the Ordering Party does not foresee an obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks of the order. 7. Source of financing for the public procurement: The order is financed within the framework of Investment D1.1.2. “Accelerating the digital transformation processes of healthcare through further development of digital services in healthcare (competitive call).” implemented within the framework of the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan. 8. The Contractor may be required to provide documents confirming the parameters specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order, particularly for the purpose of presentation to the controlling institution of the KPO project implementation, at any stage of the contract execution after its conclusion.
