If the submission of certificates issued by a specified conformity assessment body is required, the Contracting Authority informs that it will also accept certificates issued by other equivalent conformity assessment bodies or other evidence, if the contractor does not have access to certificates or test reports or the ability to obtain them in due time, if such lack of access cannot be attributed to the contractor, and provided that the contractor proves that the supplies or services performed by him meet the requirements, features or criteria specified in the description of the subject of the order or the requirements related to the execution of the order. 6.
