Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa Indywidualnego pakietu likwidacji skażeń IPLS-1, zgodnie z „Opisem przedmiotu zamówienia” oraz Projektowanymi postanowieniami umowy, które stanowić będą załącznik do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (SWZ) i zostaną przekazane Wykonawcom zaproszonym do składania ofert, w następującej ilości: ZADANIE NR 1 -Dostawa Indywidualnego Pakietu Likwidacji Skażeń IPLS-1 w ilości 40 000 sztuk (w tym ilość podstawowa 20 000 sztuk, ilość w opcji 20 000 sztuk); 2. Szczegóły dotyczące przedmiotu zamówienia i kryteriów oceny ofert zostaną zamieszczone w Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (SWZ), która wraz z Opisem przedmiotu zamówienia” oraz Projektowanymi postanowieniami umowy zostanie przekazana Wykonawcom zaproszonym do składania ofert.
