The machine should be equipped with: a) counter-knife and counter-creasing system; b) longitudinal multiproduct function; c) double glue applicator for applying continuous lines, intermittent lines, dots, or dashes; d) HMI operator panel; e) automatic sheet feeding using vacuum. The machine should provide remote diagnostics, calibration, and updates via VPN, as well as integration with the MRP/ERP system. 2. Coating module with drying function, enabling the application of a coating onto corrugated cardboard and its drying continuously or semi-continuously, while maintaining repeatable process parameters. Minimum requirements: a) coating application system based on a pneumatic nozzle or equivalent solution enabling the application of a biomimetic coating for condensation reduction onto the cardboard layer; b) spray angle: 30–120°; c) operating pressure: 0.5–8 bar; d) working tank allowing for at least 2 hours of operation; e) drying capacity: minimum 25 m/min at a working width of 1000 mm; f) drying temperature range: 30–120°C; g) minimum 2 air sections with directional diffusers; h) temperature and airflow intensity control; i) overheat protection. 3. Waste transport and shredding system enabling the reception, transport, and shredding of technological waste generated during corrugated cardboard processing. Minimum requirements: Transport system: a) length adapted to the station layout and technological flow (approximately 3–5 m); b) belt speed adjustment; c) waste reception from the machine's working area or from a waste discharge point. Cardboard waste shredder; a) capacity: minimum 500 sheets/h; b) output fraction after shredding: below 100 mm; c) hardened steel knives; 4. Semi-automatic strapping machine for strapping packages, stacks, or loads of corrugated cardboard packaging after the production process. Minimum requirements: a) strap tension adjustment; b) possibility of strapping packages or stacks of packaging; c) operator safety features. 5. Industrial digital printer for printing on corrugated cardboard. Minimum parameters: a) digital printing technology using water-based inks; b) color configuration: 6 colors: CMYK + Lc + Lm; c) printing resolution up to 1000 dpi; d) printing width: up to 2500 mm; e) supported sheet format: 2100 × 3200 mm; f) supported substrate thickness: 50 mm with manual feeding and 10 mm with automatic feeding; g) automatic sheet feeding system; h) automatic sheet reception and stacking system. The automatic sheet feeding and transport system should include: 1. sheet stabilization using vacuum; 2. sheet positioning and displacement limiting system; 3. vacuum adjustment appropriate to the type, basis weight, and format of the cardboard; 4. adjustment of supporting elements for sheets; 5. protection against feeding a skewed or improperly placed sheet; The printer should provide remote diagnostics via VPN. 6. Emergency power supply system (2 units) ensuring the possibility of maintaining operation or controlled shutdown of the device in case of power failure or disturbance. Minimum requirements for 1 unit: a) output power: 100 kW, capacity: 200 kWh, b) switching/reaction time in emergency power mode: less than 20 ms c) DoD (depth of discharge): minimum 95%, d) charge-discharge cycle efficiency, i.e., RTE: minimum 90%. Additionally: - the system should ensure the possibility of operating with the facility's power grid; - the system must include at least: energy storage, PCS/inverter/power converter, BMS, EMS, metering, protection, and communication; - the system must ensure integration with the existing PV system. DOCUMENTATION: Along with the device, complete documentation must be provided, including: - user manual, - other documents (certificates, approvals, acceptance protocols, service books, instructions, etc.) required by law for commissioning. Additionally, for each emergency power supply system, a construction or technical design, documents required for applying for connection conditions and approvals from the DSO, if required, and documents necessary for making legally required notifications or registrations must be provided. This documentation should be prepared in Polish. AVAILABILITY: The line should consider operational availability in accordance with the nature of industrial equipment and OHS requirements. The HMI panel should display messages in text format...
