By executing the subject of the order, the Contractor ensures that it will not cause a permanent or irreversible negative impact on any of the six environmental objectives defined in Art. 9 of Regulation 2020/852, in particular: climate change mitigation, climate change adaptation, sustainable water and marine resource management, transition to a circular economy, pollution prevention and protection of biodiversity and ecosystems.
